By placing an order with Anchored & Chained LLC, you agree that we are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God
• Global pandemics
• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays
All sales are final and non-refundable.
We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:
• The item was damaged during shipping
• The wrong item or size was sent
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for the correct or replacement item to be sent.
