SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard turnaround time (TAT) for processing and shipping orders is 1–3 business days.

By placing an order with Anchored & Chained LLC, you agree that we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Inclement weather
• Acts of God
• Global pandemics
• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays

We do our best to ensure your order is shipped promptly, but once it leaves our facility, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Anchored & Chained LLC is no longer responsible for the package. Any issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim, but replacements or refunds for lost or damaged items will not be issued unless approved by the carrier.
